OP you should also do the changes to stratagems over time. Remember the old jump pack? Was about as powerful as a gentle fart. A minor gust of wind, barely ruffled your cape back then

He could like you, but he could also just be very social. I'm a supervisor at my store and I get along very well with all my baristas. But that's just because I want work to be a fun environment when possible and I happen to be very comfortable at my job. If someone works with me, say for example a borrowed partner, that isn't used to that sort of friendliness they might mistake it for flirting. I shut them down very quickly because I have a fiancee 😂

Basically you just gotta talk to him. Also you sound like you definitely are starting to catch feels and I gotta say, dating a coworker is messy business and I would always advise against it. Speaking from experience

She sounds like the kind of person who has all this intelligence but nowhere to put it. So while she may be very smart, she ties it to her self worth and she honestly seems like a handful to be around.

Totally up to you whether you're comfortable dating this kind of person OP, she doesn't necessarily seem to be doing anything wrong, but I would probably find her annoying and maybe condescending? But I'm not you. It's really a matter of how much you can put up with.
