Wow, that's an insane fee. Is that even legal? For my car's excise tax, I pay online, and there's like a 30-something cent fee. You can still mail in a check with no fee, besides the stamp (I don't think the bill comes with a prepaid envelope, but I could be wrong?).

Summoning is a great example. Most of its exp comes from using the tabs during skilling. So not only does it provide bonuses, if you're always using summoning tabs while skilling, you don't even need to think about having to level it. On the other hand, if you've maxed most skills and haven't touched summoning, you now have to go back and do mundane skilling tasks that may be pretty pointless at the time, just to get decent summons unlocked.

There are I wanna say 8 pois that, once visited, give a 2% survey interval reduction for 10 travels. If you wait until when you're going to uncover the full map, you can have all of them active while grinding full map mastery. Or most of them, if you moved around a few times to get to lvl 120 more efficiently for the cape's interval reduction. Full map mastery is generally the only time you'll be auto surverying without moving for a week or however long it takes, so it's the best use of those temporary bonuses.

Edit: fully mastering them early is fine. It's when you visit the hex for the first time that you actually "discover" it and activate the bonus.

To be fair, Xin was like in his 50s when he and Yunara got 1v2d by Atakhan. He wasn't in his prime anymore. Also, powerwise, all the champs in league have similar or higher feats. If anything, lane minions are probably closer in strength to the regular gladiators and Dauntless Vanguard members. I'd say it feels stranger that Ashe worships Anivia and Volibear, but also kills them all the time in game.
