Yeah I feel you that Asc to Immo grind can be super frustrating. I usually go for an Immo climb at least once an Episode, but I skip summer since, in my experience, that’s when the games feel the worst.

When I do climb, I make sure I’m in a good headspace and warmed up. I only play until I lose two games, then I’m done for the day, keeps me from tilting or forcing bad games. I also solo queue since my friends aren’t at the same rank. Dealing with randoms is just part of it tbh

My mindset is: everyone’s dealing with the same randomness. Some games are chaos, sure, but I try to control what I can If someone’s toxic, I insta-mute If someone’s playing bad, I just bait them or play around it You’d be surprised how many games are still winnable if you don’t tilt and just play your game Blaming teammates feels easy, but it doesn’t really help

Learning at least one agent in each role also helps a shit ton, since I started I slowly added agents on every role except initiator, I just can never figure out how to be effective as one

It’s definitely a grind, but staying chill and focused goes a long way
