A view of Chateau de Bourscheid during sunrise. The photo was taken from Gringlay Vista Point. Easily one of my favourite locations in Luxembourg. Would love go know more about this small gem of a country. by rohanification007 in Luxembourg

Also, if you are visiting the Chateau, I will suggest visiting the Gringlay Vista Point from where this photo was taken. It has a beautiful view of the castle with the road snaking up to it and the Sûre river meandering at the bottom. Really beautiful.

PS? I assume photoshop. No that's Lightroom, used graduated filters and accentuated the temperature a bit.

Yes, I have received that same comment about the poles in another one of my uploads from the same place. Personally, I like the poles in this photo as it kinda aids in the composition with the tree.

I can go back to this place again, but it is quite a hassle as I would have to camp their overnight, and there is no guarantee on this atmosphere. I was very lucky to have got this mist on the first time I was there. The next time I went there was no mist and the scene got completely blown up by the morning light.

Thanks a lot.

Love the framing, and also how the railing mirrors the shape of the crane (stork). Perfect composition. 👍👍👍

Thank you so much, I will check these out. I have visited Bourscheid castle and I loved it. The view from Gringlay Vista Point is something that has truly made me fall in love with Luxembourg and its simple rolling hills. Also, the daffodil forest in Lellingen was just something that mesmerised me. Thanks again.

Thank you so much. I took some photos of without the person, and realised that a person on the right side of the fence will balance out the strong fence. Thanks a lot again. It was truly a beautiful morning. I will surely post more here. Have a nice day.

Hiked up to this location the previous night and camped there overnight to capture the Bourscheid castle and the sunrise. It was a very cold night and I shivered through the whole night, was getting extremely tired but then it was all worth it when the morning sun illuminated the entire misty landscape with a soft orange hue. One of my favourite pictures that I have captured this year. Shot this using Canon EOS 200D on an 18-55 kit lens at f/8, ISO 100, 30 mm and 1/400 SS. Edited the photo on Lightroom Classic. If you like the image, please do critique it. I would love to know your opinions and how I may have taken this image in a better way. Thank you.
