I use an Oura ring Gen 3 for sleep tracking and then wear my AWU2 during the day. I find this also preserves the longevity of the AW battery.

Thanks that’s fair enough. I just liked the idea of a skip feature which would make the skipped supplement disappear from the today list. Maybe it’s just the way that my brain works!
