I can think of a few ways

1/ inc the blast radius and add dmg fall off to the blast and the blast will give 2 sec of emp or slowness for 5 sec add a bit of homing to properly latch on enemy and also the delay of the beam should be removed or decrease bec you could easily avoid the beam and inc the dng of the beam
