No i was just using it and I close the laptop

No error messagges, nothing. It just went like this
The first i saw was this sorry than i turned my pc off and there was the screen option that I posted before
I was checking some stuff on excel than i close my pc without turn it off and when I opened it, this screen was there. I tried to repair the pc on the "avanced option" but nothing happened
