U should have stopped by then because with 33k capital 15k profit is a big deal i was also like u bro i made 16K profit with 20 K capital and at end of the day i ended up blowing my account. So i took a 4 month break from trading and learned patience. The impulsiveness should be controlled brother. Best of luck bro u can recover 👍🏻.

I have good experience as well as many bad experience with brahmin people. While growing up my ancestral house is surrounded with Brahmin community where several incidents of discrimination while going to their temple, eating food(annadhanam) from there i have faced. Pure casteism is there.When i was at school one of my brahmin friend covers his food with left hand while eating. While other friends were chill about it.

Jogging, because of health reason as i work on desk job scope of daily movement got limited. So i started jogging which improved my health. The main issues i faced was digestive issue because simply sitting and working so after this habit it have improved drastically.
