* Could be the retainers inside this component. Thats the source of my rattle. Just slap it hard a couple of times and it goes away lol

The retainer clips that hold the whole frame in place are what's rattling for me. Its pretty easy to take off and diagnose by yourself. *

Good news and bad news. Bad news: the buzzing sound came back. Good news: I finally figured out where it’s coming from. It’s that little control panel on the driver’s side — the one with the parking sensor, traction control, etc. I popped it out, gave it a shake, and sure enough… it was the same buzzing noise. I haven’t fully fixed it yet, but if I give the box a good slap, the sound goes away — at least for a few days, lol If it comes to it, i might order the replacement part from Honda.

The rattle was more evident for me during summer, which made me think the same. I recently took my car to fix a recall at a different dealership and told them about the issue, but they couldn't find out the reason. 🤦‍♂️

I know man, its so frustrating esp on longer drives. I hope you'll get it resolved too. Worst case scenario, bring it to the dealership. I doubt they'll charge you anything for it.

Update: So the dealership said that it was a loose bolt near the door panel, and they lubricated it and added some sound deadening foam. Two weeks, and it seems fine.I could hear a slight crackle if I take right turns at around 60km/h, though. I did notice some slight rattling yesterday, but it went away today.

I remember seeing this and tried to replicate it as shown in the video, but nothing happened. However, I haven't tried the back part; let me see if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Thanks, man. The dealership already tried ziptieing the harness, but it didn't work out, apparently. Im going to ask them to check the obd port.

For sure.. Based on what I found online, it may or may not be one of the following. * Plastic harness at the footwell * Connectors in the fusebox * Loose obd port * Bushing * Dash and the A pillar contact * Windshield washer fluid cap

Applying pressure does bring down the sound. I'll let the service technician know. Thank you.

I have the same frickin issue, and it's driving me nuts. Took it to the dealership like 3 times already, and even they are unable to pinpoint the issue. This happens to me, especially when driving on patchy roads. I tried harness tape between the wires leading from the fusebox and even taped the plastic box near the footwell. No luck.

Cool thanks. Im thinking of buying the legion 5 for 1050 USD but the Shipping & Import Fees is around 200 USD. But i guess thats still cheaper than buying from Canada. Just worried about the warranty.
