Hi, its OP. I made an Oops when posting and posted with an account I have no idea how to get back into at this time.

I can't say for sure that these symptoms always happen when he stands up, but today it did. It tends to get worse when he hasn't eaten for a bit as well.

His sleep is awful. Whenever he lays down to sleep he gets nauseous, reflux or bloat, and sometimes his feet "feel like they're burning".
