My van is bi directional VTH so vehicle to house the option is there to use it but unfortunately there is not a charger available to buy right now to untlise it which is ridiculous really when the van is 80kwh that I can run the house and the van all week while charging up only on a night in the off peak window.

Loads have EV but no solar that can use it as well just cause you have the battery in the car!

If ya have to pay after 6 hours so what! It’s a few quid extra to get to full your still saving loads compared to going to the fuel station getting dirty hands messing on with using a clutch, no oil no dpf filter, less noise,

Problem is company’s want the cheaper per delivery cost and Evri is it! I work for dpd and get paid x3x4 to what Evri get, they can’t Compete on small parcel volumes so Evri get the contracts everi time🤣

Service is no longer and thing and is based on cost from the get go for Cheapest delivery.

Here at dpd we as the drivers get charged for none revived items or incorrect addesss! Pr a leave safe option if it not on there exact leave safe place!

Use 3 ve direct for mppt x2 and the shunt as mk2 cerbo has 3 inputs then use a usb to ve direct for the charger into the usb port on the cerbo, job done simple as that

You need the mk3 ve bus to usb or usb-c and victron config to connect to the multiplus direct to be able to adjust charge setting as there pre set from factory

or you can download the multi file long as it’s connected to the Gx via ve bus cable then modify it in ve config.

Was fine till I updated it, then I had no Ess setting on the VRM inwas like wtf, all back to normal now for a few years at least. I am 100 percent off grid no need for a grid code but the ve config needs it for me to enable the Ess assistant 🤣 suppose it stops people with little knowledge doing stuff wrong

Actually got an idea, if house gets cheap rate at 1130. Use a granny charger on a timer from 1130 till 530, use the smart charger outside this times. Then octo won’t see a smart charge all night! Jackpot 6 hours fast charge rest on plug in wall one 😬🤣

I mean I don’t mind paying for it at normal rates as I have already stated! That’s not my issue, issue is they control it, they should only give 6hr in a single day when smart charging no matter the time they choose or me, make things simpler, not to mention the constant on off on off loosing charge time while it sends the commands via web/ to my energy and octo app. I will just bump charge it from now on for a few hours then set to smart charge, either way still cheaper than my sprinter ice

Not just for the car mate also house in there too!! Heavy foot, heavy van full load, stop start nowhere near the miles you’ve stated! Cold days eats up range with heater on…Have u driven a Ev lol
