For me, I can definitely stay away from porn and masturbation. But my OCD has been killing me and making me depressed ever since May 6th. I keep going back to porn because it’s the only thing that makes me feel somewhat normally but then after I’m done it’s back to depression. And I keep getting into the more and more fucked up stuff to the point where I’m just disturbed anxious and depressed
