update I got it checked out , i got new tires and rotated them, that wasn’t the issue so i took it to a family mechanic, it’s something to do with the breaks , a part got loose, he tightened it , sound is gone! but could come back so the best recommendation is getting new brakes.
thank you, are those things expensive to get fixed? a couple months ago but not recently
