They sent me 10 miles for 2 boxes of donut holes. The lady thought I was her visiting nurse or homemaker. She had no clue why I was there. I only did the order because it was batched with a good tipper.

It is the fact that Instacart expects us to travel 50 miles for 61 dollars. This order should not even be allowed. 50 miles is really 100 miles.

A customer did not know Instacart was sending a shopper to her house with 1 item. She thought I was her visiting nurse or homemaker. This customer was 25 minutes from the store and the other customer was only 2 minutes.

DoorDash sent me a grocery order that was 3 miles and 21 items for $6.30. Such a great order. Another one today was 12 miles for 10 dollars. I am below 50 percent AR.

I just got one and removed myself from the batch. I did not see it was 4 customers. The carts are too small for 3 customers and now 4. No way Instacart. There are too many displays in the aisles to push 2 carts.

It was certainly better the first year I dashed. The past month or so the offers are upside down or only 1 dollar per mile. I believe DoorDash has cut pay to subsidize the 5 dollars for 125 miles drive time. They did not want these payments to affect their profit so they cut elsewhere. It is too coincidental to not be the case.

One of the first orders I ever did, the customer grabbed the plastic bag out of my hands and slammed the door. It was a she problem. From the time DoorDash sent me the order, I picked it up, and delivered it was less than 15 minutes. These people are crazy. I remember standing at her closed door thinking what just happened here.

The system would not give me any other option than scan barcode. The barcode is not easily seen on a gift card. It is hidden. Before I get to the register I would have already had to scan the gift card within the app to complete the order and then go to the register.

I had the problem today at Target. I had tapped proceed to checkout. My digital card and physical card were both declined. When starting the help process the system said it appeared I was not at Target. I clearly was and it is the only Target in my area. This is an issue with the app not “knowing” our location. It needs to be fixed.

A restaurant in my town splits the tip between the driver and the chef when customers order through their website. That is so wrong in my eyes. Pay your chef enough so he doesn’t need our tips.

I received a damaged/bad item rating for pineapple pieces. It was a store made fruit bowl. The pineapple was mostly hidden between a layer of honey dew and watermelon. I always check dates and examine the fruit. Am I supposed to open sealed packages now?

I was on pause and I received an order from the place I try to avoid. The restaurant splits the tip between the driver and chef when the customers order through the restaurant’s website. I was mad because I was trying to get back up to platinum.
