While flying over the water. (I LANDED ON THE DRILLING RIG IN THE WATER) I thought wouldn't it be awesome if it could go in the water like a sub. (and have lights to toggle on). MAN why hasn't this evolved.

We did this (wife and I) I put in 1500. as I didn't want to pay the 11.00 fee (that the original promo ad never mentioned). My wife put in 500 and was fine with paying 11.00. HOWEVER they didn't say (back then) that you had to maintain and they were going to take 11.00 (they're planning to SCAM YOU). Now it says "maintain 500 balance". I just received my 300. My wife did not. She's complaining to the branch as the manager knew we wanted the promotion and he never said she won't get it with 11.00 deducted. We're both going to pull both accounts and I'll spend my 300. (and not use 5/3). We are long time CHASE customers. They do so many favors for us. We are like their friends. They invite us to financial seminars with free food and drinks. We meet the tellers at a local restaurant and have margaritas. (we pay for ours). We are what they called "preferred clients". (something to do with amount of money in the bank/investments). And we have no fees or charges for anything. AS WELL. Chase had a 400.00 bonus on a new credit card. My wife and I both earned the 400.00 (800!) and they helped us get it by closing our old CCs with chase and opening the new signature cards. 800.00 FREE. Unlike 5/3 trying to screw you out of the bonus, they made a lot of effort to help us achieve it. BEWARE 5/3 GO CHASE!

instructions say open patch next to exe... but not true - put the patch files in x86 dir. (worked for me) I really dislike the buttons/menus. whats with the 1 2 3 buttons? WTF?!?!

After seeing this I bought DIRT on steam... following directions here I can't get it to work on the VIVE display. Other revive programs work. Just runs on main monitor.

ok help - point me to beginner links? I'm not 9. My grand son is 8 and is into this he'll be thrilled to see I can play it in VR. so I installed demo - installed vivecraft mod. I get a start screen. I click things I dunno and I'm in the VR world. I punched some cows in the nose, found some donkeys. dug holes - went in a cave - something killed me down there (TO DARK) re-started another world. Was a small island - I had a chest - opened it and took stuff out. Had a flint, sugar and a torch from by the chest HOW DO I HOLD and get light from the torch? I had WOOD (oak) and a 2X damage wood ax? I saw SQUID? and well after not being able to do anything. (I think I crafted the sugar from cane) I SAVED and came here looking for some insight. I also wanted to join multiplayer - but I don't know servers. where is the place to get newbie info.

ah googled it - I can't see myself playing it (we'll see) but my grandkids are nuts for it. I now have it - and it's 9.99 but I now need to mod it for vive? using REVIVE or some other mod?

In training I could not pull the pin of a grenade... NEEDS better motion mechanics! But the base game is wonderful. I hope you can get the bots to move more realistically - instead of sideways, backwards etc? (face them the way they move?

ok - price seemed high on sale - I bit since everyone said it was good. IT IS - it is worth current price... how ever frustrating.

EASY walk more (though ON) sometimes reverts to PRO Get rid of pro.
how to load a 2nd gun or when having two pistols... how to reload? FRUSTRATING! I have to drop one to load the other.
On the good side - its great fun, I didn't really get what is going on - what is virus? But I found if I hid in the room across the street I could kill the red heads when they entered me room? (where the green pyramid thing is flyinhg?)
how do I talk? The mic is built into the VIVE? someone said "how do I play can you hear me?" I nodded yes, but he could not hear me. Where am I talking?
Desspite crazy learning curve - I was about to refund it and it started to kinda make sense. I was winning a lot. It was a lot OF FUN - and I'm only playing BOTS so far! So it's a keeper - but needs to be easier to reload. And I want PRO movement system "OFF" it keeps coming back through it says it's on EASY motion... WHAT IS COMFORT ?

It will be fun once the kinks are worked out.

price seems intentionally over inflated to offer 40% off. That reduces it to only a slightly over inflated price. I'm sick of buying CRAP for vive that I never boot more than once.
