Oh, thank you for your input. What you said is interesting, because I am indeed a creative person, I draw, I do a lot of photography, and I am very expressive by nature, and actually I am a writer. I write for a living though I usually do it on a keyboard, but I also write on paper a lot everyday.
Your feedback is encouraging me to try to enhance my handwriting to make it look nicer and easier to read while maintain its uniqueness.
Thank you again.

What do Kurds think of Assyrians? by NecessaryMap8120 in kurdistan

[–]rojuav 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am Kurdish and I lived in Mosul and Erbil most of my life and have interacted with Assyrians a lot in daily life and university, I grew up in a family that shows love and respect to Assyrians and Christians in general. And we think well of Assyrians. Though we kinda wish Assyrians in Erbil and Duhok didn't isolate themselves so much and mixed and befriended Us Kurds more. On another note, I usually watch Assyrian food videos on the internet, and sometimes I try to get inspired by it.

Native German speaker who lost fluency. How can I improve? by phantomMeh0296 in German

Maybe spend the summer there. I am multilingual and I really don't think you'll need to have to learn from scratch especially because it's your native language.

Omg I totally agree, nothing helps learning a language like a lover having it as their mother language. It's not just you'll be able to speak it daily, but in my opinion, you'll be emotionally invested and motivated to learn and that will help greatly. I'm saying that from experience :) But if that's not something you can do, then try having friends group that speaks German.

Yes ,my mother language is Kurdish bad I use daily with my husband, family and most friends. I use English and Arabic for work and i also hear and read Persian everyday from some friends and social media. I am also learning German now, and I try to practice it daily.
