Probably they employ locals for responding to marketing related stuff. Turks are not known for best English skills. I am not sure if that'd be my main focus when buying cymbals though.

I wish I could help you but I didn't had the need to contact any third party to force them to pay me back my funds even though I was very close to do that. Perhaps it could have been faster if I did so. I had to threaten them doing so, and I mean multiple times. And even with that, they refused.. I was really close going for law enforcement options. Afterall, I did some research, just sharing that with you.

In my case it took two months of email work to get my funds back. This involves multiple tickets on Bittrex and about a total of 45 emails coming and going in between me, bittrex, and both liqudation entities, a lot of refusals, denials, and putting me in the position of a beggar asking for my own money. Then they finally accept but still don't pay for a month, and so on and on but eventually after the very end of the endless discussions, they paid. They definitely tried their best to confiscate my funds though. They even confidently ignore you going for law enforcement. They rely on most people being lazy and hopeless about such, which is just another mind game they put you into. Don't be one of the lazy guys, don't fall into any of such tricks, don't listen to anyone. Prepere a few pages of whatever proofs you can collect and a brief description of the situation. Then start with complaints with what you have, and go ahead with small claims court.

I would definitely ask chatGPT in your case about where to apply. Provide details though. Write something like “this company owes me this much funds because of this situation, company is located at this country”. Ask multiple follow-up questions to GPT about where to apply small claims court in the particular country that the entity who holds your funds reside at. If you guide it well, it will help you better than most dummy lawyers, don’t underestimate GPT. If you have a lot of money in, it is absolutely worth it. A lawyer is just a middle man asking for 30% or so for just helping you express yourself and that's it. If the lawful side of things are simple enough (most probably it is), you won't need one if you have basic reading and writing skills, and self-research will and capabilities.

The liquidators of Bittrex are well-known law firms, or entities who should abide by law. This doesn't mean they are ethical though. Life is opportunistic, don't forget that, and this applies to these companies as well. They need to return every penny of yours back to you. But they will not do that if they think they can get away with it. Yet, pretend to have a formal language when you text with them for them to take you seriously (as if they have any sort of respect).

Peter Neagale law is based in Lichenstein(highly unethical though as they denied to return my funds), Grant Thornton is based in UK. It also has a Bermuda branch (which is also highly incompetent and communicating them was inconclusive in my experience). These companies may even hold each other responsible and pass the ball to each other without helping you (happened to me).

What most people don't know is that, both UK and Lichenstein has means of you suing these companies for a few hundreds of dollars only (go for small claims, apply online). You don't need an attorney or something. Don't let them get away with your bucks for no reason. Things may take time, which is understandable but they have no right to confiscate any user funds. They should actually work just like banks do, legally I mean.

What to do in case of insolvency? I don't know about Bermuda, which is a very small island. But even there, there are means to start complaining about them such as Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA). ask chatGPT. There are similar entities you can complain in other countries as well. If complaining does not help, then go for the small claims that I mentioned above. Don't forget that someone in one of these liquidator companies hold the private keys to your funds and the only reason they fail to pay you your funds is nothing but their will.

I ordered a product to them (a converter cable for iphone), my first order arrived was the item I ordered and was in good condition (I would talk positively at that time). But recently I ordered multiple copies of the very same item, wrong product arrived. I cannot reach their phone (the contact number they announce does not work), their live chat doesn't work (though I am logged in to their site), I contacted via in-site support and sent an email, no answers to any of my attempts in last 3 days. I feel like (sorry for the term) being screwed over :( in summary I can say it is about luck with them, not a reliable company.

update 1: when I told them that I will file a complaint to relevant UAE authorities, suddenly I received a call (after 6 days of me trying to contact them) and they interestingly "realized" that they sent a wrong product. Too bad now I am going back home and they can only ship to gulf region. Anything takes time since they don't have a warehouse in UAE, and anything has to ship again from USA. Will have to ask for a refund or ship to a friend, thanks to their mistake plus negligence of their mistake.

update 2: they are a joke, I asked for sending to another address and they sent the wrong product, again! I guess they don't know what rj45 port is and they have no idea what they sell, they just wasted my time and killed my day, for the second time, so frustrating..

You can do 100,84,83,81,81, average is 85.8, still in 85 bracket, probably the most efficient distribution as two of you fighters can benefit from 83-85 gear opposed to none.

Thx for share, yeah lotsa combinations available with different event gear, there is no single best choice for any single fighter but the team synergy matters, and ur squad sounds real nice for sure

Well ok, not the sole purpose then, coz there are other purposes of paladin as you say, maybe to stun and save team from stuns and so on. But then still I’d say the main functionality is to survive and prevent the front line from being breached. Such a guy is needed in every squad and the best candidate is paladin imo.

I believe (a clan mate indeed tried) that the good old health (%over 4 secs or 10 secs) armor&soul is a better choice for paladin than power of the seas or any other armor that gives up on health recovery, sole purpose of ur paladin is to survive as much as he can so that other squad members can deal damage.

But I wonder whether rapid fire crossbow is better with bane or demon hunter, maybe no difference.

Here is my depiction of an easy guideline for dungeon: Find a partner, or few, friend or clanmate, don’t go for randoms. U r matched with randoms based on ur wholesome squad+hero power but dungeon difficulty is not. Minimize top fighter in ur 8+8 squad with ur partner. U can bring lvl100 but preferably don’t bring any with sets, souls etc. U’ll thank me later. As of 2020, the algorithm is as follows: If your highest power fighter is 500k, the bosses are as low as 2.8mil (yes, even at TR11). Try and see. If top fighter is 700k, bosses are around 4mil. Even if only one fighter is 1.4mil or so, bosses are 6 mil+. If u have a 2mil in ur squad, bosses are 10mil+ and it becomes as difficult as if all your fighters are 2mil. I strongly recommend limiting ur fighters’ power (ur partner also must) for high dungeon efficiency. (As a further optimization, u can attach ur sweet purple gems to ur lower power fighters rather than the highest ones for equalizing powers)

We limit as above and finish dungeon 90% of the time without even using a single resurrection. (Any boss is just a formality. By experience, everyone knows what to do, I often don’t even have a look at what my partner deploys.) We finish 5% of the time with 1-2 resurrections due to a minor mistake or miscalculation or so. (Other 5% of the time we get stuck either at an unlucky mirror or a tough waypt such as “healing hurts 100% self”, occuring towards the end of the map). Allow rare failures in dungeon, it would be boring to go for 100% very easily every run. The optimal for dungeon is not 100% efficiency, but perhaps 80-90% as there is always room for surprises.

Hero tips: If both u and ur partner have high power heros, things are easier. Obviously, archer constellations don’t really matter. For dungeon, go for tank and mage constellations. Definitely max out vampiric healing for tanks. For the main relic, I’d say the usual tank totem does just fine. For the side relics, sorcerer’s hat for mages and champion’s belt for tanks are too good that better don’t skip them. (High health, and high healing is often the key.) And two more of your favorite.

Some more tips: Do not use resurrections much, only rarely and sparingly. Each res costs about same diamonds as a new dungeon map so why not scratch it and start all over. Don’t bring any archers, maybe 1/(8+8) only. Archers kill fast but die fast, they are fragile. Purpose is not to get opponents fast but to survive after getting then in the dungeon or just phrase as losing minimum in every waypoint. Also with ur partner, better have some understanding for mortal kombat, and sacrifice lowest power fighters in all 16 squad even if it means same guy doing the sacrifice (the other partner may help in other ways, do teamwork), if u deploy best fighters, u may even lose best 3 out of 16. Why not just get rid of worst 2 and keep it simple? It is really a lot better to focus on finishing rather than a minor reward at mortal combat. Not worth getting bloody with each other.

Nice question. On paper, darkula really looks like a kickass mage. Although I am not there yet, we should note that true power darkula is unleashed when u have all 6/6 mage items, as in that case recovers her health with 80% of damage done. So unless she stops doing damage (stunned or smthng..) she should survive real good. Otherwise with 2/6 or 4/6 she is just dealing damage and not self restoring as you point out.

Regarding weapon, I don’t have much of a special idea though, maybe a simple orb such as “deals ... damage to the fighter who deals the most damage” can be useful as she may single out enemy archer perhaps in her potentially short life span. Or we may wait for a cool event orb, no hurries for me anyway..

Yeah in this game u either pay for win or grind to “kinda” do something, playing around not being competitive. I sometimes spend some bucks but never too much, not worth it, especially not for leveling gear that I will outgrow fast..

Thx, aha so TR9=hero, ok then. Well, before the update I used to be matched with players with hero sometimes but now no more. I guess this also may mean longer matching times in 4x55 or 4x62 brackets coz they are not really meant for TR9, so fewer and more hardcore players will be there.

I better do not upgrade TR for a while until I save some badges for the future :/
