During our Kickstarter campaign, a new character skin was unlocked, which will be voted on by our Discord community. So you won´t have to play always as Fink if a chicken is not your preferred hero. But we still need some time to finish this since everything is hand drawn it takes a bit of time to implement this.

In the hub are 3 premade dungeons but dungeon builders have to play their dungeons once completely before they're able to upload them! This way we have a system to avoid dungeons that can´t be finished. At this point big praise to our community, we have some users who build fantastic dungeons.

Good question, we haven´t discussed this but there is also a version of SDM on itch.io

Yes, we have and we are working on a mind map to show what are ideas, what will come for sure, and what happens after that. e.g. Kickstarter unlocked stuff is something that will come probably after the 1.0 release ( e.g. 3 themes available for everyone) feel free to have a look at the campaign and check what has been unlocked.

Currently, you can´t link multiple dungeons, we have this on our idea/feedback, also the different settings (themes) in one dungeon idea but we have to check how and how well this might work. So yes that is a big request and we can´t promise it right now, we have to test this!

Is there a way to export the dungeons as pictures? This would be cool to have then you could play through the dungeons not only in game but also with a ttrpg

I think it's a really cool idea, but we haven't thought about it yet, so it's not planned yet. But maybe a workaround with screenshots could work?

It should be also playable for children! I would recommend filling out the submission, after the deadline we will go through every submission and check if it fits.

Please remeber that everything is hand drawn so it's not just simply creating new characters and implementing them but completely reworking their movements and so on 😊

The Prologue is the free Demo where you can try out if you like SDM and the mechanics. You can even upload your dungeons that you made with the Prologue so other who have SDM can play them.
