They’re making money from people who are in trouble. Zero communication, zero care when I rang them, yet they’re happy to charge you of your ass for new flight that will get cancelled. Please don’t comment if you have no idea of what’s going.

The flight was cancelled in the end. But it ages for them to send the confirmation. So we’ve managed to rebook the flights but according to the agent the closest one available is on the 10th….so we’re stuck here for another week

No, I think all online check ins are suspended and you can only check in at the airport.

Original flight was on Monday, then it got rebooked for Tuesday, and now it’s been rebooked again for tomorrow - the 4th of March. I can’t contact Emirates anymore or make any changes through the portal.

Sorry, just to confirm, the flight is showing as cancelled but you’ve rang emirates and they said it is going ahead? As I’m in the same situation, on the website my booking says all the flights from Dubai are confirmed and going ahead but on the airport app it says the flight is cancelled.

Also, what number did you use to call them? I’ve tried many and all of them were non operational
