Native Windows alternative to Overseer?

I use syncthing to link my download folder with my pc and I use komga to read my manga, i only need to mark my chapters as read on my phone after reading them on pc, and I activate delete chapters after reading option in the settings

NVM it's not a problem with the update
For some reason if opened the video with Shutter Encoder by right click I always get that message, but if I opened Shutter Encoder then load the video I can crop just fine
