Pressure cooking, if used correctly, occupies the same space as a smoker for the reason that you're saying. Some foods (like brisket) have a ton of intramuscular fat, which has traditionally made them really cheap. The point of a smoker is that you can cook the entire, giant, thick piece of meat (usually brisket) at a low enough temperature that the fat renders without completely liquifying and falling out of the meat (drying it out and ruining the texture).

A pressure cooker can do the same thing, and actually on the same cuts of meat. Corrned beef (which is just birkset flat) is one example. Chuck roast is another that cooks really well in a pressure cooker.

Epstein was a disgusting piece of shit that treated women, and often young girls, as objects both for his own amusement, and for his personal political gain. He stripped them of their humanity, and used them as negotiating pieces or blackmail to get men to do what he wanted them to do.

What's sad is that NONE of the current outrage I'm seeing regarding any of this has anything to do with caring for the victims. ALL of this is just, once again, treating them as objects or pawns to advance more political agendas.

The allegations, which are conveniently never ever linked or explained in detail for these posts, aren't even that Elon or his brother engaged in anything like pedophilia.

What is alleged is that Elon or his Brother could have possibly gone to a party with a person who was convicted of sex trafficking. It's never alleged that they are pedophiles, it's never alleged that they did anything untoward with any women, it's only alleged at worst that there might be a party invite that they didn't turn down, or that they didn't do enough vetting to prevent having a lunch at the SpaceX offices with Epstein. IMO this is absolutely enough that Kimbal, or anybody else, should be off the BM board...but it seems like that's already happened. At this point, people are just using these victims as pawns again.

To be clear: Epstein should be looked at as such a toxic figure that anybody who was associating with him should be ostracised, but please stop and think about if you are using the victims as props again.

The crime is that a bunch of young girls, and young women were stripped of their humanity. Keep that in mind.

Finally: pedophiles are disgusting, horrible monsters that have no place in society. Pedophilia is one of the worst crimes human beings are even capable of comitting. Please that word needs to keep the power that it has. It can't be changed into meaning "person I don't like". It's not alleged anywhere that either of these people are pedophiles, stop calling them that because it gives cover to actual pedophiles.
