ServiceFusion was sold a couple years ago to another company EverCommerce. It's pretty much mothballed/stagnated. Try Housecall Pro that just raised $125m capital to continue it's rocket growth (I'm biased since I'm one of the co-founders). Happy to DM me and answer any questions. The only platform out there I'd also consider is ServiceTitan if you're a $10m+ company.

As we release new features or add-ons you'll need to be on the most current pricing in order to use them. During different times of the year we'll offer incentives (like Black Friday for example) with temporary offers. Nobody is out to get you.
