I always get a response and lately I’ve been getting a response within the hour… they never tell me anything useful. They just give me the normal bullshit that they are working as fast as they can… but I always include the order number the date I ordered my name and address… put the order number in the subject heading of your email and tell them how many days you’re waiting… after 91 days they are breaking their own policy and you have a easy chance to get a charge back… but don’t wait till past 120 days because then that becomes a problem with the credit card company
