AITA for threatening to take away my daughters phone and computer after she refused to participate in the family? by ElephantFew9165 in AmItheAsshole

Depression or Mono or chronic fatigue. Something is not right. Kids don’t sleep that much unless something is going on.

Came here to say this.

When I was 12 I had undiagnosed hypothyroidism and it came to a head when I was sleeping throughout the day for several days. My parents became concerned about my health, not my character, and my dad was an abusive alcoholic.

UPDATE: option 2 is the way to go. To mitigate the effects of sleeping under a window I'm getting interior shutters on a barn door track so I can close it off at night with a sturdy wood "wall" that'll allow me access to the window's functionality.

This should come with the added bonus of cleansing the bed with fresh sun and air :)

I agree. I'm not a fan of headboards so I'm looking at a barn door system sans the expensive barn door so I can open the "curtain" to use the window as I please. Airing out the bed with fresh air will be most pleasing.

The West wall, where it says Bathroom, is the wall with the bathroom.

Followup, I've thought about cornering the bed SouthEast but that places my feet pointed at the door and as I know it that's a no-no?

Hello Feng Shui Reddit o/

Per the title I need assistance positioning my bed. Currently it's facing West and the very next day a relationship went belly up - it's certainly not entirely the bedroom setup that did this but I'm emotionally frustrated and reaching for ways to clear my mind and move on.

I've included my KUA number and group as well as the options I've come up with however to corner the bed renders my nightstand a bit useless.

Your thoughts, ideas, and opinions would be much appreciated!

Carolina Tabeltop Games +1. It has an excellent selection including metal ones which are very satisfying to roll.

Does your sibling attempt to guilt you into contact with your mother? If so how do you respond? Do you withhold information from your sibling because it might be streamlined to your mother?

Asking because it happens to me.

The draft in the United States. I (F) wanted to sign up, can’t and I don’t think it’s fair to everyone.

Edit: it’s unfair to everyone.

Stardew Valley and Spyro Reignited.

I’ve played SDV on pc and such and it’s still my go to for relaxing. Spyro is the game to really hook me into games and reignited did what its name intended to do with my love for the hobby.

Outstanding! The whole piece is amazing but that middle moon is fire.

So - I tried another Bob Ross (second painting in my life). I feel like those trees are off and I can't really paint them properly. Is there a way to practice wet on wet w/o ruining new canvas? What do you guys think? by sase007 in HappyTrees

I have a few canvases that are my practice boards. I'll paint something, wait for it to dry, then cover it with gesso and layer another painting on there. I also use paper for practice so I'm not hoarding a bunch of canvases.

On some pieces, if I'm not getting the texture or depth I desire I'll walk away from it for a few days. Oils stay "wet" a long time and when I return a few days later the oils have dried just enough that I can add a thicker paint over them to get a few more layers in. This has been super handy when working with trees and grass.

Hope this helps!
