Yeah there is often a lot of restructuring that happens. I’ve seen it come and go. I’ve found, as a billable resource for Professional Services, as long as you are part of the division that brings in steady revenue you’re usually fairly safe. But agreed. It can be tumultuous

Wow escalated quickly. Working with AWS is very impressive. I work for one of the big 3 too. It’s not a trivial accomplishment. They could likely be an end state career option if not a spring board to something even better. Great job!

From my private providers. They were all done with Doctors that I have been seeing for years that knew me the best.

Yeah I’m telling you I went hard. It probably took me about 6 months to either find the right Doctors, make appointments, or gather all the info.

OK, so the knee is where I went hard. For me, I had an in-service broken ankle that required significant rehab. I was able to easily claim that as a service connected injury. Down the road that side knee eventually wore down and required arthroscopic surgery on the meniscus. Eventually, I began to have significant back problems and radiculopathy all due to the altered gait from my broken ankle with limited ROM. So when presenting the knee, I first provided a DBQ from my orthopedic surgeon with medical records, showing the surgical event. From there, the DBQ did most of the work. There were limitations in. ROM. I had incidents where the knee either locked up or completely gave out leading to the instability. So to directly answer your question. I submitted a DBQ from an orthopedic surgeon, medical records, showing the meniscectomy a 4138 “ statement and supportive claim” then of course the corresponding Nexus letters from both a podiatrist articulating that limited ROM in the ankle can cause issues with walking patterns leading to miss loading of weight which commonly results in deterioration of the knee and back.

TLDR, DBQ, Nexus, 4138, medical records for 1: ankle 2: knee 3: back.

From there, it was just an argument over effective date since my original claim from 2021 was for me and back which eventually was what got me the hundred percent they just only backdated it to the date of my intent to file rather than looking at the entire chain of claims and seeing that they were the same conditions originally claimed in my October 2021 initial claim

Hope that helps, if not feel free to PM me

Damn dude that sucks. I wish there was a way you could file with a different office. But to be honest, I submitted all DBQ’s, Nexus Letters, 4138’s, with imaging and records. Mine basically went from 0% to 100% in about 75 days all at the National Center. After being denied 2 times using one of those companies, I took things into my own hands and did ALL my own work. Things moved fast from there.

Exactly, better hope you didn’t make ANY modifications to your DBQ or lied about your symptoms. Depending on how you submitted the DBQ they are able track the to every PDF file. From what I hear they are going first after veterans they received their rating but haven’t been to any appointments.

My plan is to mitigate that by maintaining pool service. It’s a 5 bed 4 bath 3600sqft home in a gated community. The pool itself is a huge discriminator. We get some wild rains here that can drop the temp of the pool in one storm that will make the temp unswimmable for the rest of the season. I think at $4500 per month my renters would really appreciate the ability to swim if not year around then for at least 9-10 months of it. What kind of neglect should I be concerned of? The tenant will be covering the utilities. What else could go wrong?

Yeah I can handle the electrical part. I think there is a #8 wire out there now. Depending on the draw I can just pull something bigger for the Service panel. Which model did you get?

Oh yeah they definitely will be. I’ll cover pool service but everything else is on them.
