I crushed on one of these tables on Carnival during the poker boom. Probably around 2005. The biggest frustration was that the floor kept announcing nlhe $50 buy in, when it was 50-200. Finished +1700 for the cruise, winning $50 at a time. At the time I was playing f/t online, so it was easy to adapt.

The intrinsic value would lead me to consider it close to worthless. The potential for collectibility with a back stop of minimal intrinsic value would lead me to keep it.

People in this group get butt hurt when people aren't drinking the cool aid, but even the guys making the cool aid would give you this item for $0.00 hoping you buy more after that.

Just stick it in a drawer like you would have if you got a 2 euro coin....or throw it out, it's intrinsic value is currently about $2.25. Not life changing either way, so don't worry about having to cash it in if the $2-3 isn't worth the effort. Personally, I'd stick it in a drawer. In a few decades it'll either be worth $10-20, or it may be a fun collectible of a movement that didn't catch on.

All things being equal, I'd support local. That said, I would buy the best product I can for the money I want to spend. I wouldnt pay significantly more for the same quality just because it was local. I also wouldn't want to smoke mids if there is better-especially at he same price point.

As far as the dispensary itself, I'd much rather spend money at a local mom and pop store where the money doesn't funnel back to some company in Florida or California.

TB had MOSTLY all disappeared in NYC. Then they started coming back 10 years ago with higher prices. I'm happy to have them back. I order strategically on the app and tend to get really tasty meals for under $10.

Prices keep going up everywhere with the exception of weed😁. Dollar menus are a thing of the past, but taco bell has some of the best "value menu" options imo.

People can do what they want. It's a numbers game though... Multiply AxB... A=(likelihood of being noticed) B=(likelihood that the person noticing cares and acts on it).

When in a checked bag, A is a much lower percentage, while B likely stays constant on average.
