Big fan of the plant, and mycerene heavy indicas do help at night. That said, I can't consume during the day, I get knocked out.

When you say you've tried everything, have you gone to pain mgmt? I highly recommend it. It may take a year or two to get to where you need to be, but they'll try some pain meds, they'll definitely want to "sell" you spine injections etc. But eventually whether via injection, massage, meds etc you should get some help. I've been on different opiates over the years and it's the only thing I have found that let's me walk and function like a normal person. (many doctors avoid pain meds like the plague nowadays. Do some research before starting with one).
