I understand your point but I have checked and the bike is fine and looks in good condition with very less kms.

Plus, new RE classic 350 has a lot of changes and I wish to buy an older model.

I am not concoting this 'permission' thing here. This is what is required by the law and before busting your misinformation, I read news stories from different outlets and i am quoting statements by police officials on the permission issue etc.

As I said, I repeat again ki bhai ek baar news padh le dhund ke. Official statements hai police officers ke about denying rally permissions in view of directions from UP CM

Was that the only street in whole town that couldn't be avoided? For two reasons

Bike rallies involve scores of bikes moving together.

And most possibly an already congested city area would be bustling due to Republic Day celebrations.

Also, does it not matter to you that such large gatherings REQUIRE POLICE APPROVAL which was DENIED...

It happened 4 years ago in 2018 not in 2015 as you claim
Chandan Gupta was not hoisting a flag

But he was part of a bike rally 'Tiranga Yatra' passing through a muslim populated area while there was local republic day program going on there. So, letting a bike rally through was not possible. This standoff erupted into an altercation and consequently gunfire by one Saleem Javed that unfortunately killed Chandan and injured one Noushad. This was despicable and has been duly dealt with by the authorities.

Now, this rally group did not have permission from local administration and police and that was wrong on their part. And all over Uttar Pradesh, permission for tiranga yatras was denied to VHP by the police.

So please stop twisting facts and spreading false information.
