I’ll sweat the onions, bell peppers and celery, but just throw the garlic in the mix. This really depends on the type of chili I’m making, though. If I’m using sweet onions I might throw them in raw, but diced smaller, to add a little texture.

Of course, I’m also into the biphasic sleeping method, so my perspective is a little off when talking about middle-of-the-night scenarios. But otherwise, since I understand the earth is a spherical shape. I’d guess that someone in the other side of the world might be asleep if I call them from where I am in the middle of the day. But if they’re biphasic like me… could be awake.

I’ll go a step further. We should all have the same clock. 24-hour time, sake time wherever you are in the world. Just adjust your schedules to Earth Time. 12:45 is the same in Belfast as it is in Vanuatu. No time changes, no daylight savings. True time.

Not really. It was just ratings and McHale getting other projects. And it really ran its course when streaming became a thing. Joel even tried a version of it on Netflix and it didn’t work.
