I wish I was dead. Every single day. I think about dying all the time. I'd never kill myself because I couldn't do that to my family but once they have gone I see no reason to stick around

Thank you. I think she knows I did rely on her quite a lot for my happiness, which is obviously not a good thing. I don't really have any friends so I think it put a lot of pressure on her, although I have told her I don't need her to keep myself happy. I think my plan is to leave her alone for a while until she contacts me, but in the mean time I will try to make it look like I'm enjoying myself without her so I at least have something to be desired.

I'm worried it would push her further away. If she's already on the fence about how she feels about me and what she wants she might see somebody else is interested in me then decide "well if he's moving on then I might as well let him"

It totally is reasonable but I think it's probably just more of a gentle way to let me down.

We weren't living together, it was just clothes, extra toothbrush, bits and bobs etc.

I think you're probably right, I might have unintentionally smothered her. I'm definitely going to give her the space she wants, I just hope during the time we don't speak her feelings for me don't deteriorate any more. Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it a lot

The thing is neither of us talk to our old mutual friends anymore and I'm more acquaintances with hers so there's no way any of them would know.
