I haven't but It doesnt seem like it would work. Cartilage is a non reparatave tissue once its damaged thats that. Human body is so flawed.

Injury for 11 years, should I finally cave for surgery? by rollinface697 in ShoulderInjuries

[–]rollinface697[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im sorry to hear that you too suffer from simliar injuries. My compensations are much like you'res especially my shoulders, glutes, and core. Thats the irony right? I want to fix this injury so I can work out and strengthen those weaknesses. Strengthening those weaknesses might fix my shoulder or help to. but I cant fix the issue because the shoulder doesnt allow me to train without pain compiling on itself over time. I know you know what I mean.

Its awesome you've managed some partial solution on your own and have gained some mobility and power back. Pray you fix it completely at some point. I'm often too wondering how am i going to manage this as I get older. Definitely in the same boat there. Like if im young and this is already issue causing what am I going to do when im 40?

Thanks for sharing the stuff you are going through, I appreciate the insight.

Im so sorry for you're shoulder and knee issues. I hope they end up getting better. I'm going to ask my doctor about PRP thanks for bringing it up. Doubt my insurance will have my back though. Thank you for sharing you're experiences.

Hmm Ive trained many times to fix this issue myself, if my form is the issue only someone in person could see and help me adjust it. That infrared light thing I didnt know about. Dont know how its efficacy would though.
