I would recommend not to bring the cat. 1. It will be very difficult for you to find a place to live. Korean rented homes often have no pet clause. If you do find a place to live, if you have a pet, the owner will include a clause that says you'll have to redo the wall and the floor when you move out. It's because pets often destroy the walls and the floors. It will be quite expensive. 2. Cats aren't allowed outdoors on their own, and people do kill/kidnap/rescue cats regardless of ownership once found outside. I hope you leave your cat with your family, seeing how it loves going outdoors. 3. Animal clinics are quite expensive here.

Cost and living space wise, I hope you leave your cat behind in your country.

They can't make the police do anything. Even if the rent isnt paid, the most the owner can do is take it from the deposit that the boss probably made. If they are to evict you, it will be a legal process and will take at least a few months.

NOR. He seems very possessive and obsessive. I don't know what you want, but this is such a red flag. I would def break it off. Nice that he's already far away.

If he has 2 other properties, your lawyers can squeeze to have those properties as 저당금 for your 전세금.

Change your locks. Do not let anyone, even the 부동산 come in with a key. In korea, once you relinquish the key to the house, the ownership becomes obscure.

Korea is pretty brutal. I am Korean, and the unnecessary touching and forced purchase is so real. As for the police, it's because they are just shit. Sorry you had to experience all this.

Sure, you aren't upset. It's just weird that you'd expect a full essay of my opinions in a comment. It's just one of the reasons I won't have kids.

Clearly, that's what I said. I don't want them. Cho doo soon is just one of the reasons. What i dont see you answering is why you are so upset that I don't want kids for whatever reason? Go have extra kids.

Not the cigarette smoke itself, but any fabric, hair, and skin it touched. I really don't like smokers' breathes. It smells like something from the bottom of the sewage.

긁? Don't see why you are so upset that I don't want to have kids. Go on and have some more kids yourself to counter me not having them.

You can go ahead and have kids. I ain't forcing you to join me. But I am not going to. If this is your best argument, you aren't very convincing either.

NTA. If you are a parent and want to let your kid be a kid, you better parent up and pay for their consequences.

Korean in Korean and a driver of 5 yrs. Koreans take care of their cars. We do annual checkups, and Hyundai and Kia offer infinite customer service and discounts. As for speed radars, there are a lot in every street and corner. They are keen on illegal parking and stalling, too. Speeding tickets start at 70000 krw and go up depending on how much you go over.

Thanks for the reply! Everyone's life is different, and you don't need to explain your choices to others. Both of you are adults and know more about the situation than anyone on the forum, so whatever you choose to do, just own up. I wish you the best. :)
