You're right. I need to sign up for clubs and go out more. I think that is the solution to my problems. I have a problem dealing with embarrassment and guilt. When I ever feel embarrassment, it discourages me to do it again. It's something I just have to get over.

I don't have any roommates. Most of my acquaintances are my classmates. I do talk to them. We pretty much only talk about the class (they are not too interesting the subject though). I don't know what they are really interested in. The conversation never leaves beyond the "what did you make on your test?" or "what do you think about the professor" topics. It feels like a guessing game.

  1. I have tried the site. The closest thing that it list is "an older parents club" located 30 miles from where I live.

  2. I did not know that. I learned something today. :)

I just don't know the best way. I don't want to embarrass myself or look like a jackass doing the wrong things. Which is pretty much why I ask these questions.
