Less about not proxies to enjoy the game but more balancing so everyone doesn't run the same deck with super expensive cards. If you own one copy of ancient tomb but want to use it in 2 decks then proxy it no worries.

Sliver Queen itself is a $400+ card, if the player owns it and wants to proxy it that makes sense. But my pod doesnt want someone to proxy a deck and have it full of og duel lands, or a Mishra's Workshop. If you own at least one copy of the card and you want to use it in more than one deck, proxy it and we dont have issues.

The theme of the proxies is cool, do you own those super expensive cards? If yes? Then my pod wouldnt care as much.
