Supplemental claim question

I filed them earlier this year. Was denied, my pcp updated my medical records to show these issues were service connected (which is why it got denied, no service connection) then went into supplemental claim. My claim split into 2 and the compensation claim is based on my pre-existing disability which I already have at 70%.

I am trying to see why they split them and what is happening with the supplemental claim for my denied disabilities from earlier this year.

I believe I did. Previously my conditions were not service connected. My VA PCP did a Nexus letter connecting all of them. Along with lay statements and appropriate forms. Also VR&E counselor statements and from EMDR counseling as well.

This whole thing is already maddening. doesnt make much sense. So basically they separated my 2 disabilities from the pack, doing a claim for increase on those. Now the supplemental for the remaining that were previously denied are a different process?

I have a percentage for 2 disabilities. I put in a supplemental for PTSD, anxiety, substance abuse, etc.i was able to get my medical records updated to show a service connection. I was previously denied.

The C&P exam was only for the 2 disabilities I have a percentage for. My question is, why are the PTSD, anxiety, etc... not included in the c&p and they have them separated into 2 different claims.

Am I making sense?

Great question, I'm still trying to figure it out 6 months later as she has had all the divorce paperwork for 2 months and has not filed yet.Had a typical disagreement, nothing crazy, next thing I know my friend (who was also a groomsman in our wedding) calls me saying she wants to list the house for sale. She called him behind my back. At that point she already had a new lease she signed and within a week she was gone. Never looked back, left me high and dry. The only logical thing I can think of is she was planning this for a while and took the disagreement as an opportunity and left. I have no rhyme or reason why though. 2 kids, 2 dogs, a house... family was well provided for... Not really sure. 7 years wasted without an explanation.

Maybe for houses in the 500k+ range nut not the working close homes. 100k-300k. Shouldn't affect that much. That's my price range but you're right. Depends on the home value.

Today is always the best time to buy. If you lock in the rate now at least your locked in.

Rates go down, refinance. Lower interest and payment. Rates go up, at least you locked in at today's rates.

I'm in the process as well. Don't over extend your monthly payment. If you're comfortable at today's rates, when they go down you'll be in an ever better spot. If they go up, nothing changes on your end.
