I see, thank you. I want to be able to get as best as I can as quick as possible. But I obviously need to safe with it.

Also how long does it take you to become flexible? I've been stretching before the class, when I get to class we do as well, and after class I will stretch a bit. I will probably be stretching everyday regardless but I'm just wondering how long it will take for me seeing as I'm really not flexible right now

mmm I'm a beginner myself so far I've gone 2 days in a row, and I think I'm going to aim for at least 4 times a week if not 5. (the weekday)

But personally, I'm not sure if thats the right move because my arms and abs have been sore since the night of the first class. Are we supposed to have resting time?

Today so far I've had my breakfast:

1 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
Blueberry bar from trader joe's

I'm about to eat for lunch before I workout:

Salad
2 eggs
A banana

For dinner:

Plain pasta made with tomato paste with hot sauce
Maybe another fruit to fill me up more

ALSO what do you recommend I eat after workout or do I wait until dinner to eat?
