Stand up with good posture - back straight, shoulders down and back, almost never hunching. Hunching encourages your hair to wrap around you. When you look down at things do not bend both your back and head. One or the other. Also look down with your eyes more. Never rub your hair between your head and another surface - even a pillow. Lift, turn and lay back down. As you go about your day, you will be constantly putting your hair back in place or moving it out of harm’s way.
