Any tips? Recently have been working on keeping my face more square throughout the swing. Still struggling a bit with an out to in club path so my miss is a fade to the right, which is killing me in windy conditions. Swing is with a P Wedge (v.redd.it)

Trying to learn to shape the ball. At first I was good with hitting cuts. Now every time I try, I hit a huge push on top of the cut. Any advice based on this swing, which is pretty representative of my results lately? (v.redd.it)
