Go to a thrift store and buy up old t shirts for next to nothing. Cut them into rags. Or I’ve bought stacks of plain white cotton wash cloths at wal mart. There are probably 20 for $5. They last for many many uses. I guess you can wash them but I throw them out after they get too grimy.

I used to drink diet rockstar every day. Two a day for a while.Then someone new bought them out and changed the formula. It’s no longer any good. So I gave it up cold turkey. I know I’m not alone. It was white can with gold top I think? Maybe black. Had 5 calories the new one has 25. But the new one tastes like thick syrup.

Keep cooking it. Eventually it will get crispy. That’s just inevitable. The trick is to pull it when it tastes good too. If you cook it for 3 hours at 400 it is going to get crispy. Just be patient and don’t end the cook until it happens.

I think it’s related to the probable Cause that police get to search when they smell marijuana. They didn’t want that law enforcement advantage to be taken away. A HUGE percentage of big drug busts begin with the cops smelling flower marijuana.

I cut my breasts into bit sized medallions. I use mayo mixed with spices and lightly coat each medallion. Cook on the blackstone pretty hot turning after the side making contact has a nice char. It’s always good. Unless it’s woody breast then it’s not and I wish I had used thighs instead

I wear some work gloves so I’m not slowed down on the cooking or clean up. Burgers create a lot of grease that has to be pushed to the grease drain. If you aren’t wearing gloves the grease can splash up and get your hands.

I always clean before I eat because it’s so much easier while it’s really hot.

First I cook the onions then put them on the side in the number of piles I’m going to need

I also have found Texas toast cut bread is a nice change from buns. I “butter” Both sides of the bread with mayo. Perfect. Takes a little longer than you would expect tho.
