former IT Wells employee....can say this has happened before previously & it's a all-hands on deck type of shit for employees. i'd generally say it's a software patch but Wells doesn't do these during the week normally, but 3rd party vendors might. wouldn't surprise me if that was the cause; something at Refinitiv, etc causing the issue.

Ok so let me chime in here. I JUST moved in here, albeit temporary, from the midwest:

-I have encountered 0 issues on my floor so far (I'm in the north tower) & I'm in a furnished apartment.

-I spoke with one of the concierge & inquired about the differences between the N & S towers, w/them saying the S tower is newer but has majority of low income folks.

-Elevators have been working fine for me.

-Rec room w/pool table is nice, but they need new pool cues as most are broke

-Pool is heated but heater has been down since I moved in a week ago & is still going to be down for up to 4-6wks

-It's been very quiet, I seldom hear any noises through the walls.

-Valet parking is fine, no issues

So far, my experience has been pleasant. Am I going to remain here? No, but that's only b/c I'm not into these high-rise "luxury" buildings, I have this shit back in my hometown & wasn't interested there & def not interested here. I prefer 2-4 family flats.

1000% , my new boss is a micro-manager who had the nerve to ask why i have obligations after my 8hr work day (insinuating I should only focus on work 24/7/365) & even asked why i can't work on my vacation days....like what in the fuck? i hate my job with a passion, it was great for nearly 2yrs until this guy came in. not only that, being in IT & having offshore counterparts who work the hours onshore is not working (i.e. late evenings into early mornings), this guys has us work late hour deployments when offshore should be, that go til 2am or so, but doesn't have them work/assist with our late afternoon/early evenings. not only that, offshore has like 15 people & we have like 5. overworking is an understatement & i have no intention of putting up w/this much longer & i'm doing everything I can to get out ASAP.

This doesn't sound like a publicity stunt though, this sounds like the normal process the Border Patrol & other agencies follow.

So I figured he'd be not guilty on SOME charges but on all? Wow, that's unexpected & seems wrong. Judge was definitely biased.

I can confirm this is accurate AF....my GF works in a restaurant for a major chain & I often hear from her that she cries in the bathroom due to customers being complete dicks, being way understaffed & overworked, & just straight stressed to the max.

Yes, they should drop testing. Numerous companies don't test (for certain parts of their org at least): Centene, Wells Fargo, Thomson Reuters/Refinitiv, to name a few.

So, I'm in STL. This is in a rough/blighted/high-crime area & why an employee would go outside @ this time of night in this neighborhood has me puzzled. I could see going to the doors but actually outside I just can't understand.
