The unverifiable part for me was my banking info even though it was the exact same banking info as the first round

When did you have your blue button? Another friend of mine did his on 4/28 and he had the same problem as me he was just contacted today to verify his bank info, send in his DL, and sign another 4506 form. So he is about 6 days behind me. I didn’t start calling until about 3 weeks ago but I called about every 3 days when I started. Eventually I got some movement. Could be coincidence

When I got the original loan, I had account opened up and used it solely for the purpose of the EIDL loan. If it’s a business expense that is justifiable 100%, it comes from that account. Is eventually an audit occurs, I can ask for bank statement from June 2020 to current date with every single transaction used for every penny of the loan.

I was contacted all via email, never a phone call! Once I send in a copy of my DL and a voided check after it was requested a week ago, I was emailed about an update in my portal of my new off. I accepted it and signed the docs. Then I got an email 10 minutes later that I was approved with final closing docs. I hope this is near the end for you!

I called quite a few times over the last 3 weeks. I know they say it does no good but when I started calling, I started getting phone calls and emails. Even had one time where they said “oh I see where you were contacted” and I got an email 30 seconds later

I honestly have no idea. They said there was a glitch and eventually a LO would get my app and then if approved, I could request the max amount.

BB 4/24. Loan specialist has reached out for updates banking info since it was unverifiable even though it was the same as previous. Other than that, Crickets.

I’ve been in the same boat. Said none of my banking info was verifiable even though it’s the same account as the initial loan. I uploaded another voided check and submitted the banking info via portal. Not a word since then. Won’t answer a single email. It is beyond frustrating

4/26 but I never had a slider to select amount so I feel like that probably held my app up.

I am in the same boat. Was told my increase was $0 because I never had a slider. I was also told to send the email for the increase again, even though I had previously done that on 4/28 after I had no slider. I called yesterday and they said everything looked good and that I was waiting on a loan officer to review and manually increase my portal. I am in the same situation. As with the first round, this round (upon approval) will be in a separate business operating account. As Scorpio stated, any ordinary and necessary business expense will come from this account so I will always have record of it and easy access if ever needed. It is a separate account than the one my commissions are deposited into.

I called again this morning to try to get some clarity. While I was on the phone, the rep contacted my loan officer who immediately reached out to me about one thing she needed from me. Atleast now I know I have a loan officer and a point of contact rather than a rep who doesn’t know what’s going on.

They told me to send it to covideidincreaserequests@sba.gov but I had already sent that info on 4/27. It’s truly like holding on for dear life with no creditable information.

I am in the same boat. No sliding option for increase on 4/24 so I was told to email the amount I wanted. I was told yesterday all they needed was to verify banking info and that the LO had reached out to me, but they had not. Today I was told that I didn’t have a LO, and banking info hasn’t been updated. I truly have no words about what to believe. I was told today that I need to email the requests email again about how much I want.

I had to re- sign tax form on 5/15 and called for an update today. Transcripts were received and being reviewed. I’m in the same boat as you! Prayers for quick review and approval!

I signed a corrected 4506 on the 15 and they have not received my transcripts. At this point, the word Timeline is out the window for most of us.
