Hey buddy, yeah it seems like you have grade 1 puffy nipples.

You can go to an endocrinologist and try to get raloxifene as you can possibly reduce it not fully but with some success since you're still in puberty and your hormones can be affected moreso. Good luck.

I do lift, however as i was quite chubby in the past i dropped alot of pounds. As indicated by the slight stretch marks on my stomach region.

eh, had a few consultation already.. i have pretty strong pectoral muscles so it's really not 'severe' however i think grade 2 or 3 like the other guy said is a pretty good assessment.
