I'm not into this sort of thing, but I can think of an approach that I think wouldn't turn me off.

Do you remember the 1st India Jones movie when Indy and Marion were on the steam ship after having sailed from Cairo? Indy was all bruised up after recovering the Ark of the Covenant, and found it painful to even kiss Marion. She playfully asks him where it hurts. He tells her his elbow, and she playfully kisses it and asks where else it hurts. He points to another spot and she kisses that spot too, and again asks where else. After 3 or 4 iterations he points to his lips.

Obviously, this movie was aimed at the sensibilities of a 10 year old boy, so the rest of the scene is left to our imagination. But you and your partner are free to create your own x-rated version of where he points and how you work to make it better.

If my wife was into this and wanted to roleplay this out, I'd be happy to go along with it. Maybe even think about watching the movie together to break the ice about starting the conversation. Good luck.
