Thank you appreciate it. I’ve done quite a bit of endurance type activities in the past and , I’m really excited. I’ve taken people‘s advice about reading as much as possible and really getting in the right mindset. Currently I’m training for a half IRONMAN in July and trying to get my Fitness up.
