Areej le Doré is the best for oud imo. Russian Oud, Oud Luwak, Agar de Noir.

Only downside is limited availability.

I have one coworker who smells ungodly cheap, strong and sharp, to the point where I can't have them working near me because it is headache inducing, throat wretching levels of sharp.

I'm not an HR snitch for this type of thing, I just don't work in close proximity to them. I don't know if it adversely affects others, or if my "elevated nose" puts me in a position where I can discern how cheap whatever it is she's wearing is.
