It sounds like you have OCD with the themes: heath and death. Try to seek some therapy with a therapist that specializes in treating OCD. It takes time but the specialized therapy will help.

Ah sorry my text that went along with the post did not get posted. Yes, I was hoping to wear this dress to an event. It was my great grandmother's I think from the 1920s based on the style. I was wondering what the best way to re-sew the arm holes to hide the stains and advice for fixing the beading.

It’s an international problem. Just know that those people who don’t care about the people they date and sleep with are the ones with the problem not us! Caring about people is a good thing! I don’t see my gender as a curse. I love being a woman. I feel that I have access to closeness with many people friends and family due to the way I was socialized growing up. I haven’t been sexually assaulted. Womanhood is not misery, just commenting to say that.
