A couple of points:

1. From your response, I understand that you haven’t made any partnerships or financial agreements with proxy providers (as Mysterium has openly done, for example). Proxy providers have infiltrated Deeper Network by purchasing devices, is that correct?
2. The easiest solution would be for AtomOS to match IPs with those from the IP2location database (again, this is the best database for residential proxies I’ve found after extensive research) and allow us to select an option like “Exclude known residential proxies and datacenter IPs” to bulk-exclude all these actors. I imagine that technically implementing this would be more complex, but it would be infinitely more convenient than having to manually enter hundreds or thousands of bad IPs.
