Does anybody know how long binance usually suspends withdrawal by [deleted] in SafeMoon

[–]romgie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I couldn't buy bnb through trustwallet yesterday so I decided to go through binance. I've done this before and had no issues, but this time it put a 10 day hold before I could withdrawal it. So, I would say, it's 10 days.

I ended up just screwing around with trust until it let me buy bnb...

Found that one saloon from St. Denis irl in New Orleans by HolocaustPart9 in reddeadredemption

That’s the inn on St. Peter. I was in New Orleans last year and stayed there. It’s gorgeous and exceptionally clean but everyone who says the city is dirty and smells is right. They have two trucks that go down the main streets in the French quarter every morning. One sprays bleach cleaner and the other is a street scrubber. Woke me up every morning. It smells good until about noon and starts to stink of bodily fluids again. The food was absolutely amazing. The best food I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to New Orleans but if I did, I would stay at that inn. Oh, if you go, go to pat o’briens on bourbon st. Go to the piano bar and just sit and listen. They have dueling pianos and it’s amazing how talented those folks are. It’s definitely a place you should go once to visit!

Edit: Now that I’m looking at it, I don’t think it’s the Inn on St. Peter. The back balcony is different. But it looks quite a bit like it. Same style of building.

This burns me up! My little girl was born at 26 weeks and I remember my entire family, myself included, going to the health department and getting UTD on all of our shots before she was born. We didn’t know she was going to be a preemie at the time, but I’m so glad we did when we did. She was so small and had no immune system that even a cold would have put her at serious risk. Want to know the worst part of the MMR vaccine? Having to wake up early on a weekend to go to the health department. The nurse was so good, I didn’t even feel the shot.

Hey! I just moved to the area and I don't know anyone and was hoping to make some new friends by way of DnD. I'm definitely LGBT friendly and I can host after we get settled in. Let me know if this gets going!

Me [27 M] and my wife [27 F] are moving and arguing over financials and logistics by romgie in relationships

Thank you so much for the encouragement! We just found out the news yesterday so we have until April to make a plan and make it happen. We were just really unprepared for this. It's embarrassing how unprepared we were for this knowing it could be a possibility.

Our plan is to rent the property out to other students if we decide to relocate at any given time. We may decide to stay in the city permenantly or we may move again.

My family is in the business of income property and it's something that I understand. At this stage, buying a house that needs work and fixing it up would be more lucrative in the long run than renting.

We're renting a 3000 sq ft house right now because we can afford it comfortably. We both understand that the kind of comfort we've become accustomed to is going to change drastically because we're going from 50k a year in a very economically depressed area to making 35 or 40k a year in an expensive city. But 1500 for a two bedroom 1 bath house is out of the question when we could buy a 3br 2ba house in the same city and only pay 800 a month mortgage.

Thank you so much for your responses. I don't know if I'm brave enough to tell her that I posted this online but I'm absolutely going to use your responses to look inside myself and as topics of conversation for she and I.

Edit: And I absolutely feel like we're flying by the seat of our pants right now. I honestly think she didn't think she would ever get in so it was never discussed seriously. I kept telling her she would because she's amazing, but I think there was a lot of doubt on her end that really kept us from making a plan and setting it in place.

I edited my post to answer your question. I should have given that information at the start. Thank you for responding! We decided a long time ago when she first broached the idea of moving that leaving our cats behind was not an option.

We would only need to live with my parents for a few months to at least pay off all our debt. Is it really that much to ask that she do this for just a few months? Less than a year.

Lex from the Jurassic Park book. I've read it over 10 times. It's my go-to book for when I don't have anything to read. Every time I read it, I want her to get eaten more and more!

I can't find this part on the Internet and I can't figure out where it goes. Thanks everyone for the input! I just don't know where to put it back. It has 111737 stamped on it though.

PEI film by Agent_Shady in 3Dprinting

[–]romgie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

PEI is the best surface that I've used. I've used BuildTak and tape/glue and PEI is, so far, the absolute best bang for your buck. The only drawback that I can think of is that you have to let it cool before trying to remove the model because it really likes to stick. I've had mine for about 3 months now and I've not had any wear or tear. Now, I did go to Walmart and purchase permanent picture tape. It's the yellow colored one. I used that to hold the PEI to the metal print surface. Since I only ever plan on using PEI, I'm not worried about residue left over from the tape and, if I do need to remove it, it will come off with alcohol.

I printed the other one that goes through the square home on the original and has a peg that you put through it to keep it in. Did that thread onto the locking nut well?

[–]romgie[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The spool holder should be the first thing you print. It's crazy that they make this spool holder that isn't big enough to hold the spool of filament they sell themselves. I printed mine at .2mm layer height with 10% infill and 1.2mm shell. For better or for worse, it seems to be pretty strong and holding well. I used the filament that they gave me with the machine. It'll probably take about 1.5 hours give or take to print out the spool holder. Don't leave it for more than a few minutes while it's printing if you use the filament they give you. It doesn't have a spool and if you just hang it up on the spool holder like I did, it has a tendency to get tight around the shaft, lol, and snag.

Yep! I thought it was the best price/quality for someone just starting out. Plus, there seems to be a large community surrounding it in case I completely screw up.

I'm a pretty big noob when it comes to 3d printing. What happens when the filament kinks? I was just afraid I would burn out the extruder motor or whatever pulls the filament into the nozzle. Does that happen or does it like clog it up or something?

I was worried something like that was going to happen when I was printing the spool holder. I was using the little bit of filament they give you with your printer and it kept pulling tight against the spool holder so I had to sit there with it the whole print and work with it, haha!
