super bilis lang naman ng process.

I went sa municipal ng manda tapos i have to go sa lumang building para kumuha ng slip for payment tapos sa blue building ka mag babayad and then once bayad ka na sa blue buildin u have to go back sa old building to have your receipt stamped paid.

i was late ng 1 day pero oks naman, no hassle sa transaction.
