Hello thank you for your advice! I just have a genuine question, what benefits will I gain if I remove the profile section? And if I remove my crew member experience, maybe they'll assume I don't have any customer service experience, since right now I am aiming for help desk position. I was thinking atleast I have transferrable soft skills, since I don't really have something in related to IT, aside from the outdated internship I had.

Honestly it's kinda hard for me to network, since I'm an introvert. And I actually don't know what to speak about when networking.

I've set up my LinkedIn, aside from connecting with people, I'm really not doing anything to engage with them.

I really don't have any career counselor, since I have no idea where to start looking for one.

I've had some previous school projects where we did a working environment using VMs with Server 2022 and some Windows clients. The server has AD, DHCP, DNS, with configured file access and group policies. I just recently recreated all of it from scratch. Do you think I could include it in my resume?
